restore deleted files even after they have been emptied from the recycle bin
One of my favorite tech tools is called Restoration. It’s a stand-alone Windows based file recovery program. It allows you to restore deleted files even after they have been emptied from the recycle bin. Restoration requires no install and because of this, you can put it on your flash drive and take it with you wherever you go. I would like to show you how to use it.
Step 1: Download Restoration.
Step 2: Open up Restoration and choose the drive you want to scan. If you know the file name or at least part of it, type it into the “All or part of the file” box. If

Sometime the only fix is to do a full reset of the user’s profile, Iv seen this mainly with Offline file and folder sync issues, random app issues or general issues where it works when logged on as another user but won’t work as the current user.

What is Two-Step Verification
Two-step verification is a process involving two but independent stages to confirm the identity of the person trying to access a system or service. for example banks have been doing this for years where they give you standard username/password authentication to get access to the system there is a second step added to the process where once you ha

Connect Remotely to Any Computer (Windows, Mac OSX) Over Internet
Whether you are trying to access your home PC from your office, or your office workstation from home, you need to establish a remote desktop connection over Internet. The User Account Control security feature was one of the most reviled additions to Windows, with good reason – its constant warning messages asking for permission to continue many operations drove the users around the bend. UAC has been improved upon a lot in Windows 8 but you can still tweak it if you like.
Here’s is how to turn UAC on or off, and make it less or more intrusive than the default:
